Therapy rates are $135 per session with opportunities for reduced fee for people with low income. Please inquire by email for more information.

Coaching

Coaching sessions are $135 per meeting. Coaching is not the same as therapy, and does not involve treatment of any mental health diagnoses. Rather, coaching sessions are brief, goal-oriented and typically have to do with making decisions or navigating professional challenges. Coaching sessions can happen in the office, online or by phone. Inquire for more information to see if coaching may be right for you. Insurance does not cover coaching.
